The Architectural and Landscape Review Committee (ALRC) meets on an as needed basis to review ALRC requests as required by the CCRs. The ALRC works with homeowners to assess proposed projects to ensure our HOA maintains a high level of community aesthetics which benefits all homeowners.

The Roads Committee meets on a regular basis to assess road conditions, scheduled, and long term maintenance.

The Lake Committee oversees lake maintenance (including TDEC SafeDams program), water quality, fishery program, and boat house availability.

The Social and Welcoming Committee oversees social functions of the Association. Works with property management company in coordinating reservations for the pavilion or gate house usage. Conducts pre- and post- pavilion activity inspections. Will also provide event notifications.
