Sitting ~2,000 feet high on its pristine mountaintop, Cooley's Rift occupies approximately 1,000 acres and over 140 individual home sites, ranging from 2 to 10 acres each.
Amenities include the 54-acre Lake Louisa, outdoor pavilion and trails. Natural amenities of bluffs, waterfalls, streams and forest area provide residents with an abundance of recreational appointments.
